In order to provide our customers with products and services that consistently exceeds their expectations. It is important for us to understand our customers as completely as possible. With this in mind, AMS requests as complete a documentation package as possible, including the following:

• Bill of Material with manufacturer and manufactures part number (Excel or ASCII text preferred)
• Identify registered parts, proprietary parts, and sourcing restrictions
• Program part information
• Assembly drawings (industry standard formats like DFX or Gerber preferred)
• Fab drawings (GERBER files with readme file attached to help identify files)
• XY data
• Paste Data
• Schematics if testing required
• Sample of assembled board if available

Any subset of the above documents is of course acceptable, but the more complete the quote package, the more accurate and timely the quote will be. Thank You.

SAFEGUARDS:

• NDA’s are in place with respect to our suppliers.
• Employees and Contractors under NDA’s.
• Information is stored on our Secure Engineering Volume with controlled access as to respective individual rights.
• Server Room is via secure access.
• Virus, spyware, malware protection at all clients and servers.
• Building perimeter is via secure access.
• Building security system includes perimeter, interior motion, and video surveillance.
• Wireless networks are limited in scope and WPA2-PSK-AES encrypted.
• Remote access is only via Cisco certified VPN system.
• With respect to the release of fabrication info, we can also “sanitize” to minimal data if requested.
